Flight Simulators Bombarded Back With X-Plane 10

Hey kids, remember flight simulators? These relics of a PC gaming era past once held a prestigious place amongst games before quietly fading away. Enter developer Laminar Research, which has revived the genre by bringing X-Plane 10 to the world.
The simulator is stated to be the first to come out in over five years and is currently the only title for aficionados. As is customary, the mechanics are centered around offering the most realistic experience possible. Players will be able to choose from over 30 aircrafts of differing builds and take these across a ‘plausible world’. Real world data has been used to enhance terrains, so the underlying roads and constructions should resemble what they factually are in real life. X-Plane 10 Global Edition also adds most European airports and locations. It is also the first flight game to use an innovative lighting engine, to create vivid illumination that behaves like the real deal.
